Limits To Love
All works in this Series are accompanied by an original corresponding poem by the Artist.
In Limits to Love, Forbes takes “art is subject to interpretation” to another dimension by using Rorschach like shapes and simplicity with the limitation of color usage, to present images that trigger familiar emotions that we’ve all felt time and time again; yet perhaps never as strongly as the first time we felt them. The corresponding poetry, is written on crumpled paper, mirroring the memories we’ve thrown away, memories that never look the same when recycled. There are many different types of Love, and not all Love is created Equal.
